HEART FULL OF SONG I see red, purple mountains So far away. A traveling band on the highway Across the U.S.A. Looking at the distance, Behind my seat I see Red and purple mountains Glowing endlessly. Heart full of song, Taking cover from the Sun. Miles, and miles, and miles of country road. A resting place for my soul… Arriving there at midnight To the next town. We have to wait till sunlight Will let us move on…

NEIGHBOR TO SOLITUDE. Someone was knocking at my door. I saw a shadow spreading on the floor... Peeping through the window, it was impossible To recognize a figure that was nowhere to be seen, Like the air, it vanished to the wind. Nowhere to be seen... And I opened the door But no one came. Only the wind answered my question's name: 'Is there anybody there?' Is there anybody there? Am I halucinating? What am I doing outside waiting? I feel the clutching of Winter, Spreading inside like a splinter And dampening all of my sight. Tranquility. That was all I was aiming for When I resumed my night With some t.v. and cigars, But no!, there's someone inside! There's someone inside and there's Glass all over me! 'Hey! It's me your neighbor!' 'Three o' clock in the morning, What are you doing awake? All your life, you've been running, Afraid you'll make the same mistake. Oh, my... Tonight it's all right to cry. Sometimes we are all alone...' Tranquility. That was all I was aiming for When I closed the curtains and fell Right to the floor and, staring at the ceiling, I searched for a different meaning For my life... Gotta find my life's meaning, No more nostalgic feeling! And I'll embrace my flaws With all my soul! And never again, I'll have to hear him say!: 'Hey! It's me your neighbor!' Tonight it's all right to cry. Sometimes we are all alone...'

Osmosis 06:03
OSMOSIS I've been waiting all my life For the turning of the tide... I used to make a lot of mistakes. When dealing with a problem, headaches. I used to be a man of convictions, Everywhere I went, dark clouds above. 'But hold on, wait a minute!'- said LIFE. 'You can't go on believing it's true. For destiny can always be bended, If you explore the diferent sides of you!'. 'Cause I've been waiting all my life, For the turning of the tide! -------------------------------------------------------------- I wake up in the dawn of my mourning. I hear the whisper of the light while I'm yawning. Then I start to realize That I've only got seven more years to make it! You are the closest thing I know to a shovel, Hiding all the evidence that proves I existed. And I refuse to accept The terms of use of my own life for YOU. WE ARE THE MAKERS OF OUR OWN LIVES. WE BELIEVE IN THE FUTURE LIKE A GODSEND FROM THE SKY! IT'S EASIER TO BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE MUST HAVE CHOSEN YOU THAN TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THERE'S NO BEARDED MAN ABOVE! ------------------------------------------------------------- ...I believe I can fly... ...Jump on the clouds passing by... Childhood reborn before my eyes. Childhood reborn before my eyes. 'I've been waiting all my life, For the turning of the tide!

THE MIDDLE AGES I find myself at the graveyard of my mind, A ghastly ghoul amidst the stone walls of memorials... There was a battle between me and my love. Two households separated by the Will of God. Oh, Lord! Go easy on me now... Oh, Lord! Oh, my Lord! Why do I feel like time is aging me swiftly? Why if my years pass by, I still miss her dearly? Time, come heal me! Fire, free me! Wind, release me! Earth, conceal me! Don't want to die Cripple, bent and old. Taken by famine, Like many men did in the Middle Ages. If Love's a stage, Then ours is a battlefield Where conciliation Wasn't even tried! Oh, Lord, who came victorious? Oh, Lord! Oh, my Lord! Why do I feel like time is aging me swiftly? Why if my years pass by, I still miss her dearly? Time, come heal me! Fire, free me! Wind, release me! Earth, conceal me!

Broken Love 05:49
BROKEN LOVE What is all this nonsense for? I see that you came through my door. Do you really comprehend That this time, girl, we'll leave it To an end? Oh, here comes the rain! Once more the sky is turning gray. So how far this cruel satire Will go? Broken Love, my broken love... Remember how it used to be The warmth of each other's company... The park, the walk, the Summer's dream, The life we shared now will never be... Here comes the rain! Once more the sky is turning gray! I feel the wind that dries my face, Rain, put an end to my disgrace! There comes a time when someone Has to tell the other one: "goodbye". Love is a bitter tear that Tastes like wet sand and just like wet sand It never stays, it always crumbles... ohhh.... Broken love, my broken love. There's no heaven above my broken love.

María 03:58
MARÍA You take me beyond emotion To places inside my mind. I gaze at my own perception, Like echoes, your thoughts remain. María, you are divine Like the clouds that divide the skyline! María you are divine Haunting my imagination! You take me beyond emotion To places inside my mind. I gaze at my own perception, Like echoes, your thoughts remain. María, you are divine Like the clouds that divide the skyline! María, you are divine! For truth knows not the pass of time! María, I wonder how it must be like For people who haven’t seen the light… Ah, if they only got the chance to know you, What it means to stand before you!

ANGELA SIMONS The morning she changed her name Identity was left far behind, Her family didn't mind... Eight in the morning and the streets awaken! Angela Simons applies for a job, A new employee for society, America, you have a new daughter! One more "other" to protect. The factory maid Was found in an alleyway With a picture of her darling baby boy. At least that's what the police said.- 'Her dress torn apart And the collar of her mother Stained with soil'. Angela Simons was found dead in New York Her hand on her bossom and her Legs stretched to the the floor... The morning she passed away Reporters flew from all parts of town To tell the story of Angélica, Angélica... "Illegal imigration",- you hear them say. 'Has suffered a hard blow today. Mexico mourns the loss of a woman 26 years of age'. Who nourished hatred? Who cornered her? And took her to the open And beat the life out her? Angela Simons was found dead in New York, today. Another deceased whose story will pass away, No matter if she's gone, others will follow the chain. Angela Simons was found dead in New York, today... Eight in the morning and the streets awaken! Broadcast goes live to interview her relatives. 'Live, from Los Angeles, Angela's father, Guillermo Simón...' America, America! The dreams you sell We can count them in dollars, That's what your morality worth...

Babe 05:15
BABE Outside the door, I Smell the wind of the West, Having no time to stay, You sent me some flowers and left. Oh, babe, where is your soul? Oh, babe, where did you go? Standing outside in the rain now... Hey, babe, did you mind To leave your baby behind? Did you know the answer alright When you turned off the light? The feeling of respiration, The little boy embracing his bear But curiosity never failed, He cried for you but mom wasn't there. Oh, babe, where is your son? Oh, babe, why did you go? Standing outside in the rain now... 'Cause she tries to be a good mom. Sacrifices for her son... Oh baby cries, Cries, cries, cries on the street! Crying isn't of any use, 'Cause baby knows that she's been abused! It's alright my sweet angel. Mommy's back from work, babe...

A Note 05:16
A NOTE Under the bookshelf I found a note And reading through it carefully I knew it was old, so old... It told of the mysteries, The meaning of life; While suddenly a thunder Was crashing outside.... And a river came flowing Through the cracks of the door And he whispered to me softly While I lay on the floor... And his song stayed clearly inside my head! The rhythm, the stanzas the craved Peace on Earth! And then... The note from the bookshelf It crumbled on my hand. Then I knew quite suddenly, That our blood stained the land. And visions of Hunger, The horrors of War, The cycle keeps repeating, Has mankind gone too far? And his song stayed clearly inside my head! Should it be that no answer be given to the dead? That the love in our soul has already fled? That in this world some things should not be said? No reward for the innocent that bled.
